Lab Cast Film Machine

Our High Temperature Desktop Casting Machine is a multi-functional device designed for polymer material casting, which integrates extrusion, casting, cutting, winding and edging functions. We have chosen PPS material with high temperature resistance, easy cleaning, high precision and exquisite design as the body material to ensure the quality of the machine is firm and does not deform when used at high temperature.

(1) Single-layer extrusion calendering

It can realize plasticization, quantitative extrusion, and calendering of plastics to prepare single-layer calendered sheets, and use it to test the performance of the materials;

(2) Multi-layer co-extrusion calendering

The laboratory small-scale dental braces membrane TPU multi-layer co-extrusion calender can realize plasticization, quantitative extrusion, in-film compounding, and calendering of plastics through 2 sets of independent single-screw extruders, realize multi-layer co-extrusion calendering process, and produce multi-layer co-extruded calendered sheets with different structures and functions;

(3) Sheet material calendering performance test

By adjusting the plastic formula and process conditions, the extrusion calendering performance of the sheet material is tested, and the formula of the sheet material is developed.

This instrument is a highly efficient mixing and extruding equipment with functions such as cast film and winding. Its main uses are:

(1) Blending plastics of different varieties and brands into homogeneous plastic alloys or blends to obtain polymer materials with new comprehensive properties;

(2) Adding various inorganic fillers, such as calcium carbonate and talcum powder, to plastics can greatly reduce the cost of raw materials and improve their physical and mechanical properties;

(3) Blending various additives, such as stabilizers, flame retardants, colorants, and preparing high-concentration masterbatches, to plastics can achieve highly dispersed mixing effects.
