Small precision ABA co‑extrusion casting tester is a compact lab‑scale forming equipment developed by POTOP for the research and development of three‑layer polymer composite films.
It fully replicates the complete industrial ABA three‑layer co‑extrusion casting workflow. The full process, including melt extrusion, three‑layer polymer confluence, rapid chill‑roll casting, traction, edge trimming and constant‑tension winding, can be completed within a limited laboratory space.
This unit is equipped with two independent precision single‑screw extruders and an ABA three‑layer distribution co‑extrusion die, enabling accurate fabrication of A‑B‑A structured films. The outer layer A can adopt identical formulations, while the middle core layer B can incorporate functional additives for modification, barrier or toughening purposes.
