Lab‑scale fluoroplastic cast‑film extrusion line is a high‑precision, R&D‑oriented integrated extrusion‑casting system, specially engineered by POTOP for melt‑processable fluoropolymer materials, including FEP, PFA, PVDF, ETFE, ECTFE, THV and other high‑temperature‑resistant fluororesins.Different from conventional general‑purpose cast‑film equipment, this machine is optimized to overcome well‑known processing challenges of fluoroplastics: high melting temperature, poor melt flowability, high melt viscosity, and high risk of thermal degradation during film forming. The complete workflow covers plasticization & melting via single‑screw extruder, uniform melt distribution through coat‑hanger cast die, rapid chill‑roll casting, servo‑driven traction and constant‑tension winding. It enables researchers to produce defect‑free fluoropolymer cast‑film samples in laboratory environment.
It is an ideal pilot‑scale testing instrument for universities, research institutes, new‑material laboratories and fluorine‑chemical manufacturers to carry out new‑formula development, extrusion‑process parameter exploration, modification performance verification, and small‑batch prototype production of functional fluorine‑based films. The produced film specimens can be further tested for tensile strength, chemical corrosion resistance, weather‑aging resistance, dielectric property, barrier performance and other physical‑chemical indicators. All material contact parts adopt high-grade heat and corrosion-resistant alloy. It stably runs at up to 450°C, perfectly adapting to fluoropolymer high-temperature processing. Optimized screw structure avoids material stagnation, thermal degradation and film bubble defects.
Precision Adjustable Coat-hanger Cast Die
Adopts professional coat-hanger flow channel for uniform melt distribution. Fine-tunable die lip ensures consistent film thickness and reduces edge bead and neck-in. Quick-change die design supports flexible width adjustment for diverse experimental needs.
Mirror High-precision Cooling Roll System
Equipped with two mirror chrome-plated cooling rolls with independent closed-loop water/oil circulation temperature control. It achieves uniform roll temperature, rapidly cools molten fluoromaterials, effectively reduces film residual stress and improves surface smoothness.
Servo Constant Tension Traction & Winding
Independent servo drive and closed-loop tension control prevent thin and brittle fluorine films from stretching, cracking and wrinkling. It maintains stable and flat winding quality even at ultra-low experimental speed.
Integrated Modular & User-friendly Design
All units are integrated into a compact movable frame. Equipped with 7-inch touch screen and PLC system, it supports one-parameter setting, recipe storage and quick recall, enabling simple and efficient laboratory operation.
Complete Safety Protection
