What is laminating film?

Laminating film is made of a base film, such as polyester or PVC, and is then coated with an adhesive. Adhesives can be activated either by thermal heat or by high-pressure. This coated film is wound around a cardboard core, which is loaded into your roll laminator.

Working Principle Of Laminating and coating machine

First, apply the adhesive to the plastic film by a roller coating device, and heat it by a hot press roller to soften the film, and then press the printed matter coated with the primer and the film to form a film-in-one film product.
