First of all, the tension control winding system of the experimental equipment adopts a 3-inch inflatable shaft and a wide 400mm winding method, which can meet various width requirements, and the maximum winding diameter is φ500mm, which can easily meet the winding demand and improve the work efficiency.

Secondly, the tension control system of the experimental equipment adopts 2.3kw servo motor + magnetic powder clutch, which can realize the central constant tension, so as to ensure the uniformity and stability of the coating quality, and effectively avoid the problems of uneven and retention of the paint.

Finally, the winding correction system of the experimental equipment adopts the process correction method, and its system composition includes controller, photoelectric detection switch, sensor bracket, actuator, etc., which can ensure that the deviation in the winding process is corrected in time, more accurate and stable, and greatly improve the work efficiency and quality.
