What is Torque Rheometer ?
Torque Rheometer is a kind of experimental instrument to know the rheological performance of polymer material processing by measuring the torque and temperature change of polymer material under the pinching effect produced by a pair of rotors rotating anisotropically. By recording the counter-torque produced by the material to the rotor during mixing as well as the change of temperature over time, it can study the dispersing performance, flow behaviour and structural change of the material in the process (cross-linking, thermal stability, etc.), and also provide experimental guidance for production quality control. Working Principle of Torque Rheometer
When the measured material is added to the mixing chamber, the material is subjected to the force exerted by two rotors with different rotational speeds and opposite steering directions. The torque module measures this reaction force through the torque sensor, and then through the processing of the computer software, it comes up with the rheological map of the change of the torque with time. The equipment can simultaneously measure the torque (temperature)-time curve of the material in the refining process, and explore the differences and characteristics of the microstructure, macroscopic morphology and processing performance of the material through the subtle changes of the curve.

Capillary rheometer
Capillary rheometer can determine the fluidity and curing speed of thermosetting materials, can draw the stress-strain curve of thermoplastic materials, plasticisation curve, determination of softening point, melting point, flow point temperature.
