●High-precision Intelligent Control: Adopts PLC + 7-inch touch screen system with real-time temperature, pressure, speed and line speed curve monitoring. Temperature control accuracy up to ±1℃ and pressure measurement accuracy up to 0.5%FS, with automatic fault alarm and parameter traceability.

●Ultra-mirror Roller for Premium Film Quality: The casting roller is hard chrome-plated and super mirror polished with hardness HRC62-65 and surface roughness Ra0.01µm, featuring non-stick, anti-delamination and high wear resistance for smooth and flat film products.

●Full Servo Synchronous Drive & Constant Tension: Independent servo motors for extrusion, casting, traction and winding. 0-15m/min stepless speed regulation and 20N constant tension control effectively avoid film wrinkles, deformation and uneven winding.

●Wide Compatibility & Flexible Adjustment: Support die lip fine adjustment, cutter spacing adjustment, casting roller height lifting and auxiliary frame forward and backward movement, adapting to materials with different melt strengths and various film specifications.

●Safe & Low Maintenance Design: Key parts adopt 38CrMoAlA alloy steel and 304 stainless steel for durable use. Equipped with anti-scald protective cover, emergency stop device and grounding protection. Modular structure simplifies cleaning and screen changing.
