Components Of MDO Stretcher
Preheating rollers: Consisting of 2 sets of preheating rollers, driven by independent servo motors, with adjustable rotating speed and hard chrome plating on the surface of the rollers.
Stretching roller: The stretching roller consists of 1 group of fixed stretching roller and 1 group of mobile stretching roller, the mobile stretching roller adjusts the pitch of the stretching roller through the handwheel drive screw to control the stretching tension.
Annealing rollers and cooling rollers: 2 sets of annealing rollers and 1 set of cooling rollers, the annealing and cooling rollers are equipped with internal cooling oil circulation system to cool their surfaces.
Traction roller: The traction roller consists of steel roller and rubber roller.
