Equipment Introduction
The test material is carefully introduced into the mixing chamber, where it undergoes continuous mixing and shearing. This process is achieved through the action of two rotors, which rotate at different speeds and in opposite directions, thereby exerting a force on the material. The ridges of the rotor are also subjected to the reactive forces generated by the material. Utilizing a torque sensor, the torque rheometer measures this reaction force and, through sophisticated computer software, processes the data to yield a detailed rheological spectrum depicting the evolution of torque over time.

- Using ETH non-contact active torque sensor and Schneider servo motor, the data test has high accuracy and good repeatability.
- Equipped with electronic overload protection device.
- It can simultaneously measure the torque (temperature)-time curve during the material mixing process, and detect the differences and characteristics of the material microstructure, macro morphology, and processing performance through subtle changes in the curve.
