Polymer Mixing & Rheology Testing Equipment is an integrated dynamic rheological testing instrument developed for material research & development, formula optimization, incoming material quality inspection and process finalization. It highly simulates actual industrial processing conditions including internal mixing, shearing, melting, vulcanization and crosslinking. Overcoming the drawbacks of conventional static testing methods, the equipment dynamically captures rheological data of materials during heating, shearing and mixing, so as to truly reflect the processing characteristics of materials. It can continuously, accurately and reliably measure the plasticizing property, flow property, thermal stability and shear stability of various polymers and composite materials. It serves as the core testing equipment for universities, new material enterprises, rubber and plastic manufacturers to improve R&D efficiency, strictly control product quality and optimize production processes.

- Record torque curves of materials throughout the whole mixing process in real time and automatically generate rheological diagrams, enabling intuitive evaluation of the plasticization progress of materials.
- Adopt multi-stage independent precise temperature control, compatible with various polymer systems including PP, PE, PA, PET, PVC, degradable plastics, rubber, color masterbatches and filled modified materials.
- Collect real-time data of rotational speed, melt temperature, torque and energy consumption. The system automatically saves test reports and supports export in Excel and image formats, providing direct data support for papers, research subjects and project acceptance.
- Equipped with a small closed mixing chamber requiring only a tiny amount of samples for each test, which greatly reduces the consumption of high-end modified raw materials and facilitates rapid comparative tests of multiple formulations.
