1.Q: After machine arrival, what will be the service for installation and training?
A: If you are close to our local agent, you can contact them directly for spot service.Usually we will send our engineer for overseas spot service to finish installation of the machine and operation training, which will take extra cost like air-ticket and accommodation.
2.Q: How do you control your production quality?
A: We have an independent QC team. Our QC team is checking all production phases and compare to drawings to assure the quality.In case of non-comformity,corrective action will be taken to repair/replace the defective part.
3.Q: If the machine is broken what can I do?
A: Free maintenance within the warranty period.Maintenance for equipment failure caused by improper handling (appropriate cost will be collected).
4.Q: After an order is placed, when to deliver?
A:Generally about 10~28 days, if we have inventory, we can arrange shipment within 3 days, please note that the length of our production depends on the specifi product and quality of the product.
