Laboratory cast film auxiliary machine is composed of one set of melt pump, one set of extrusion die head and one set of casting unit. Integrating the casting system, traction system, winding system, edge trimming & recovery system as well as measurement & control system, this equipment works with matched extruders to complete the whole process of polymer extrusion, casting, traction, edge trimming and winding.It is widely adopted for the manufacture of packaging films, optical films, medical sheets and electronic sheets. Meanwhile, it serves for polymer property research, extrusion formula development, process optimization, cost control and small-batch trial production of polymer materials.

●Integrated with multiple functions including casting, edge cutting, winding and edge collection
●Each driven roller is independently driven by servo motors, delivering high-precision rotational speed control and excellent synchronization performance
●The die head is fabricated with high-performance materials featuring outstanding corrosion resistance and wear resistance. Die width: 200 mm; die lip opening is manually adjustable within 0–0.5 mm
●The casting roller assembly can be lifted or lowered integrally via a lifting platform, accommodating the forming requirements of materials with different melt strengths during casting processing
●Hard chromium-plated mirror rollers with ultra-high surface finish and rust-proof property
●Computer-based measurement & control system equipped with user-friendly HMI for easy operation and comprehensive functions
●Real-time monitoring, graphic and numerical display of key process parameters for intuitive observation
