Developed for polymer film formulation development, process debugging and small-batch pilot production, the PolyStretch 5X Biaxial Stretcher is a high-end lab-scale stretching instrument engineered following mature industrial synchronous & asynchronous biaxial stretching principles.
Capable of both simultaneous and sequential MD & TD stretching, this lab equipment processes PP, PET, PLA, PVDF, EVA, PC, PA and various polymer sheets to fully replicate the real production flow of BOPP, BOPET, BOPE, BOPLA and other biaxially oriented films.
It precisely restores core industrial production parameters including stretching temperature, draw ratio, stretching speed and heat setting condition. Outfitted with zonal independent PID temperature control, full servo-driven stretching structure and intelligent touch HMI system, our biaxial stretcher solves traditional equipment pain points such as uneven heating, poor stretching accuracy, non-retrievable test parameters and unstable sample thermal deformation. Reliable test data obtained from the machine helps clients shorten new material formula screening cycles, optimize production crafts and verify mass-production feasibility with minimized raw material waste.

Preheating, stretching and heat-setting zones adopt separated PID temperature regulation, matching melting, stretching and shaping requirements of different polymer substrates.
Draw ratio and stretching speed are digitally set with high positioning precision; four-side synchronized clamping effectively prevents film slippage and rupture caused by local stress concentration.
Integrated high-definition industrial touchscreen with physical buttons as a backup; all operating parameters (temperature, stretching ratio, speed, residence time, and heat setting time) can be visually set, stored, and recalled on the screen.
Full enclosed rounded-corner sheet metal cabinet with thickened anti-slip base; wear-resistant anti-corrosion coating plus dust & moisture sealing, applicable to laboratory R&D and factory pilot workshops.
Equipped with a high-definition industrial camera and tempered glass observation window, it can record the film stretching and deformation process in real time; the accompanying software supports video playback and microscopic morphology analysis of stretched samples.
