Small Biaxially Oriented Test Instrument

  POTOP small biaxially oriented test instrument is designed for bidirectional tensile testing of film materials with a thickness of 0.2-2mm. It can handle 110×110mm square thick film samples. The instrument performs stretching experiments at specified ratios, temperatures, and times, suitable for laboratory physical and chemical testing. It helps determine various additives and formulas based on the sample film's performance. When applied to production lines, it significantly reduces trial production costs. The machine can statically draw thick sheets made of crystalline and non-crystalline polymers, including PET, PA, PP, PS, EVA, and others.

2.The stretching ratio in vertical and horizontal directions is adjustable, and the maximum stretching ratio is 10:1.

3.The stretching speed in vertical and horizontal directions can be adjusted, with the fastest stretching speed up to 0.3 m /s.

4.Temperatures can reach up to 300°C.
