Three-layer casting and laminating test line is an integrated lab-scale prod uction line specially developed for PP coating and laminating applications. Composed of three independent extruders, 3-layer co-extrusion die, casting cooling system, traction winding and online laminating unit, the equipment fully simulates industrial film coating and casting process.

Product Introduction
Three-layer casting and laminating test line consists of three independent extruders, a 3-layer co-extrusion die, casting cooling rolls, traction and winding units as well as a laminating module. Equipped with an integrated film coating forming unit, it is a lab-scale small laminating production line specially developed for PP coating processes.
Designed for the R&D of high-barrier food films, medical composite films, biodegradable films, lithium battery functional films and optical packaging films, the whole line fully replicates the full process of industrial mass-production coating. A single set of equipment can complete all working procedures including 3-layer co-extrusion casting, online coating on woven substrates, cooling shaping and constant-tension traction & winding. It provides solutions for formula verification, process parameter confirmation and small-batch sample preparation for university material laboratories and R&D centers of new material enterprises.

Three Independent Extrusion Systems
Three servo extruders with separate temperature and speed control. ABA/ABC layer structures and adjustable layer ratios prevent delamination and uneven lamination for various functional film tests.
High-Precision Co-Extrusion Die
Mirror-polished streamlined die with no dead flow channels prevents material carbonization. Precisely adjustable die lip ensures uniform film without stripes, bubbles or wrinkles.
Accurate Temperature Control
Independent segmented temperature control achieves ±1℃ precision, avoiding local overheating and material degradation.
Full Servo Synchronous Drive
Full servo closed-loop synchronous control plus constant-tension winding ensures neat winding, stable film thickness and highly repeatable test results.
Intelligent Electrical Control System
PLC touch screen system supports one-click parameter setup, real-time monitoring, fault self-check and data storage & export for easy operation.
Wide Material Compatibility
Works with PP, PE, PET, PA, nylon, biodegradable and modified plastics for coating, co-extrusion and new material feasibility testing.
Optional Modules & Customization Available
Equipped with optional air knife, online thickness tester, visual inspection, screen changer and double-side laminating unit; customized wide die and high-temperature models are available.
