Single-Screw Extrusion Casting Experimental Line integrates extrusion, casting, traction, and winding functions, consisting of a small precision single-screw extruder, casting die, casting auxiliary equipment, and a control system. It enables casting molding experiments, formulation development, and process parameter optimization for polymer materials. The extruder and casting auxiliary equipment adopt a separate structure, allowing for flexible operation and convenient maintenance, making it an ideal experimental platform for polymer film research and small-scale production.
Single-Screw Extrusion Casting Experimental Line is particularly suitable for precision molding experiments of high-end materials such as specialty engineering plastics (e.g., specialty nylon), high-temperature polymers, and functional films. It can realistically simulate industrial production conditions, providing reliable data support for new materials from research and development to mass production.

Products Features
The extruder is driven by a servo motor, providing constant torque output across the entire speed range. It is suitable for extruding specialty polymers with high viscosity, low speed, low shear, and long residence times.
Multi-segment independent temperature control, employing PID and fuzzy control algorithms, achieves temperature control accuracy of ±1℃. The maximum operating temperature reaches 350℃. Fast response and small temperature difference ensure consistent molding of highly sensitive materials.
Mirror-plated chrome casting rollers and a circulating temperature control system ensure a smooth film surface and uniform thickness. Anodized roller surfaces enhance durability and ensure high-quality film surface.
The cantilever roller design facilitates film feeding; the die head is easy to disassemble and clean; one-click storage/recall of process parameters allows for reproducible experiments.

- Air knife or electrostatic precipitator: Improves the adhesion between the melt and the roller surface.
- Waste edge collection device: Facilitates the recycling of trimmed waste.
