Lab CPP 3/5/7 layers cast film machine  is composed of a twin screw extruder, a single screw extruder, a precision flow auxiliary machine, two sets of melt metering pump driven by servo motor, hydraulic net changer, manual net changer and a set of three layers of compound die head. The twin screw extruder has the functions of multi-material mixing, forced feeding and self-cleaning which the single screw extruder does not have. It can increase the side feeding component and realize the quantitative feeding of various additives. It is suitable for the blending and plasticizing extrusion molding of non-single raw material.

 (1) The layout is compact and reasonable, with three main parts of the extruder components, which are on different platforms and easy to operate.

 (2) The drive of extruder, pump and roll is controlled by servo motor, the rotating speed is smooth and adjustable, and the torque is large, so it can do   engineering plastics with different melting fingers.

(3) Roll temperature control is precise, can do casting process and calendering process.

(4) Equipped with roll surface roller and matte surface roller, it can make different effects of film surface.

(5)The film thickness is uniform, the thickness of each layer can be adjusted, the surface crystal point is less, and the winding is smooth.
