Twin Screw Extruder With Air-Cooled Conveyor Belt Pelletizing Line

MPGL-50/40 twin-screw extruder host and air-cooled conveyor belt pelletizer is mainly used in the processing fields of plastic co-mingling modification, filler modification, additives dispersion, fiber reinforcement, co-mingling reaction, polymerization reaction, and exhaust de-volatility. It is mainly composed of twin-screw extruder, die head, air-cooled conveyor belt, pelletizer, die surface hot cutting, cyclone separator, electrical control cabinet and so on.

1.Melt pressure and melt temperature sensor in front of the screen changer, and display with energy storage device, manual reversing valve, relief valve, electric output pressure gauge
2. The die head is made of high-performance materials with good corrosion and abrasion resistance.
3. The whole machine is driven by geared motor and controlled by Siemens PLC, with high automation program and simple operation.
4. The conveyor belt consists of conveying components and air-drying and cooling, etc., which is used for the function of air-drying and conveying of granulating and pulling strips.
5. Siemens 10″ touch screen, TFT true color LCD, rotary operation box
6. All the rotating mechanism is equipped with protective cover at the engagement point, and painted into orange red eye-catching signs, sticking on the engagement point warning mark.
