Stretching Roller

Each group of rollers is driven by a separate motor, with adjustable rotation speed, and a heating oil circulation system is set inside the rollers to heat their surfaces.

Annealing and cooling rolls

The stretching unit has 2 sets of annealing rollers and 1 set of cooling rollers, all driven by independent servo motors with adjustable rotational speed, and the surface of the rollers is hard chrome plated. The annealing and cooling rollers are equipped with an internal cooling oil circulation system to cool their surfaces.

Traction Roller

The traction roller consists of a steel roller and a rubber roller, the steel roller is driven by an independent servomotor with an adjustable rotational speep.

 

Adopting synchronous control technology, the speed of preheating rollers, stretching rollers, annealing rollers and cooling rollers of small-sized precision longitudinal stretching machine is synchronized or adjusted proportionally, and the motors of each roller can be controlled through the knob to run synchronously or independently.
