• Machine direction orientation stretcher for HDPE adopts a horizontal structure, which is easy to expand and easy to lead the film, and is more suitable for the pilot test and small-scale. 
• In the production process of microporous films through uniaxial stretching, each of the preheating, stretching, annealing, and cooling rolls is independently driven by a servo motor. This configuration ensures a high degree of speed control accuracy, thereby enhancing the overall quality and consistency of the films produced.
• Advanced multi-axis synchronous control technology can ensure that each roller maintains a high degree of synchronization as required by the process.
• The distance between the stretching rollers is adjustable, which can realize "zero-spacing stretching and reduce the necking effect.
• Single-point, double-point, or multi-point stretching options are available, and the stretching ratio can be customized to meet specific requirements.
• Each stretching point can provide a maximum stretching ratio of 10 times.
