POTOP not only has a single screw extruder main unit that can achieve precise and controllable screw speed, multi-zone barrel temperature control, and high-precision control, but also has unique design advantages in the design of the cast film auxiliary machine.
1. The power rollers such as the cast film roller, back pressure roller, traction roller and winding roller are all driven by servo motors, with precise roller speed control and good synchronization performance.
2. The slider device is used to improve the balance of the equipment and facilitate left and right movement.
3. The cast film roller and back pressure roller are precisely adjusted and raised by the motor and screw rod, and the appropriate cast film molding process can be adjusted according to the melt strength of different formula materials.
4. According to the material process, the roller temperature control instrument (mold temperature machine or water machine or hot and cold integrated machine) can be selected to achieve high roller temperature control accuracy, +1℃℃

Materials of Metric Roller Chain Sprocket

 

 

1. TPU is a hygroscopic material. It absorbs moisture quickly when placed in the air, especially polystyrene is more hygroscopic than polyester, so a good dense state must be ensured. The material is more hygroscopic in a hot state, so the remaining material should be quickly sealed after packaging, and the moisture content should be controlled below 0.02% during processing. Therefore, it should be dried before use. It is recommended to use a circulating air dryer or a dehumidifying dryer to dry TPU. According to the hardness of the material, the drying temperature is 80-110℃ and the drying time is about 3 hours. If color powder or masterbatch is used for dyeing, it must be fully mixed with TPU natural color particles and dried together. Note that if the ratio of the added masterbatch and additives is not appropriate, the homogenization effect of TPU will be unsatisfactory, and the shape of the extrusion process will often be irregular.

 

2. TPU is sensitive to shear. The screw speed must be controlled well. Too high speed will easily lead to decomposition, but too low speed will easily lead to cracking due to long residence time. The general speed is 20~60rpms. The screw length-to-diameter ratio is about 25~30, and the compression ratio is 2-3.


3. Different types and models of TPU materials have different melting points and operating temperatures. It is best to use more sections (such as 4~5 sections) for barrel temperature control. The temperature adjustment requires precision. Whether the mechanical design is reasonable has a very important relationship with whether the TPU material extrusion process will produce surface stripes, surface roughness, fish eyes and other undesirable phenomena.
