1)Main motor: 25 screws with servo motor.

2)Reduction gearbox: reduction ratio 12.5, can withstand the screw axial thrust
3)Extrusion system: mainly composed of screw, barrel and die.
4)Temperature control system: it is composed of barrel and die head heating system, barrel cooling system and temperature measurement and control system.

(1) Casting roller: driven by independent motor, rotating speed is adjustable, the surface of the roller is plated with hard chrome treatment, and the interior is heated by heat-conducting oil. The roller frame can be moved up and down by elevator.
(2) Traction component: it consists of upper rubber roller and lower steel roller, the lower steel roller is driven by an independent motor with adjustable rotating speed. The surface of the rubber roller is covered with silicone, the material is soft, and the rubber roller can be moved up and down by controlling the cylinder.
(3) Winding assembly: the air expansion shaft is driven by a torque motor with adjustable rotating speed. The air expansion shaft has a built-in air pressure device, so the paper tube is mounted on the air expansion shaft, and the compressed gas can be charged to expand the air expansion shaft, and the air expansion shaft can be driven to drive the paper tube to wind up the paper tube.
