The twin-screw extrusion wet molding test line consists of a main machine (22 twin-screw extruder) and an auxiliary machine (casting machine). It is mainly used for the blending and modification of polymer materials, the research and development of new material formulas, process optimization, quality control and small-scale production.

*Process: UHMWPE diaphragms for lithium batteries generally adopt a biaxial stretching process, including: batching, extrusion, biaxial hot stretching, extraction, drying, heat setting and winding.
The stretching process is a process of coordinated control of thermal effect and mechanical force, involving crystal nucleation and growth, destruction and reconstruction, as well as nonlinear rapid evolution of multi-scale structures such as lamellar crystals, amorphous, fiber crystals, and micropores. The influencing factors include stretching temperature, stretching rate and stretching multiple.

Blending modification
