(1) Turn on the power, water and other switches and turn on the emergency stop button;
(2) Turn on the main machine heating and cooling system. When the temperature of the barrel and die head reaches the set value and stabilizes for a period of time (about 20~30 minutes), the extruder can be started;
(3) Before starting for the first time, it is necessary to confirm whether the motor direction is correct. The method to confirm the motor direction is:
Pull open the hopper, start the extruder drive motor, and observe the screw direction from the feed port. When looking from the tail of the screw to the head of the screw, the correct direction of the screw should be counterclockwise. Otherwise, any two phases of the power connector need to be swapped;
(4) After confirming the correct direction, run it at a lower speed for a short time to determine whether all parts have been correctly installed;
(5) Restart the extruder and pour the test material into the hopper;
(6) Start the auxiliary machine.

④ Start the motor on the speed control panel; and adjust the speed by turning the knob.
