Description

1.Feature

1)Each power roll is independently driven by servo motor, with accurate roll speed control and good synchronization performance
2)Optional constant tension winding device to improve film winding quality
3)Different film surface treatment can be achieved by using patterned roller/misting roller
4)The die head is a coat-hanger type sheet die head made of high-performance materials with good corrosion resistance and wear resistance
5)The barrel and screw are one of the core working parts of the extrusion unit, which are made of high-performance materials, and the barrel surface is nitrided.

6)All parameter settings, system control, data recording, etc. are operated/displayed through the touch screen installed above the frame of the co-rotating parallel twin-screw extruder.
