Laboratory small precision extrusion calendering machine can be used for testing and processing a variety of materials such as plastic, elastomer, etc., and automatically and accurately complete the extrusion process of melt pressure, temperature and other important signals measurement.
Three roll calender adopts vertical arrangement, each roll servo motor is independently driven, the middle roller base is fixed, the upper and lower rollers can move up and down, the roller base is linear slide guide, there is a fine adjustment device, effectively ensure the thickness of the sheet size accuracy.
