2.Filtration and metering:The melted material passes through the filter to remove impurities and unmelted particles to ensure the purity and uniformity of the melt.Subsequently, the melt metering pump accurately measures the melt to ensure that the amount of melt out put per unit time is stable and controllable.
3.Cast molding:The measured melt is fed into a special die,and through the precise design of the die the melt is evenly coated on the continuously conveyed substrate(such as paper,film,etc.).In this process,the melt forms a homogeneous film between the die and the substrate.
4 Lamination and drying:The base coated with the melt then enters the cast composite molding machine and is compounded with another layer of substrate(or multiple substrates).During the compounding process.the composite material is heated and dried by a glue applicator drier to solidify the melt and tightly bind the substrate.
5.Rewinding and unwinding and testing:After the composite material is cooled,the rewinding and unwinding operation is carried out by the rewinding and unwinding system.At the same time,the thickness gauge monitors the thickness of the composite material in real time to ensure the stability of product quality.The defect defection system is used to defect defects and defects on the surface of composite materials and to detect and deal with problems in time.
6.Control and management:The working process of the whole equipment is precisely controlled and managed by the control system.The control system coordinates and controls each component according to the preset parameters and process requirements to ensure the stable operation of the equipment and the excellent quality of the products.
