The high-end functional film biaxial stretching test line is mainly composed of a five-layer co-extrusion unit, a casting machine, a longitudinal stretching machine (MDO), a transverse stretching machine (TDO), an automatic winding unit, a central control system and other parts. It can be used for the research and development of new biaxial stretching film products made of different materials such as PP, PA, PE, PET, PLA, etc., as well as small-scale trials and small-batch production proofing through simple adjustment of the configuration.

The molding die is the most critical device that determines the shape and size of the casting. The internal structure of the die head is designed based on the characteristics of the type of plastic, melt fluidity, etc. The purpose is to ensure that the flow rate of the melt is uniform throughout the outlet, the thickness of the product is uniform, and dead corners inside the die head are avoided to avoid degradation caused by the melt. The standard configuration die head of this instrument is made of high-performance materials with good corrosion resistance and wear resistance.
