      The stretching diagram is shown in Figure 1, in which MD and TD represent the machine and transverse stretching directions, respectively.Adopting two servo motors driven by toothed chain drive, high tensile force, and at the same time can accurately control the tensile speed and tensile times.

In October 2015, the team began the research and development journey of Biaxial Stretcher.

 

In the second half of 2017, the design and development of three series of five models of Biaxial Stretcher and the prototype have been completed.

 

In November 2019, the first small vertical double pull instrument was delivered to the customer, and in December of the same year, the first ten times stretch ratio Biaxial Stretcher instrument was delivered to the customer.

 

In November 2020, POTOP Biaxial Stretcher obtained the authoritative CMA and CNAS certification through strict third-party testing.

 

As of 2022, POTOP has delivered 50 (sets) of each series of biaxial stretching instruments to customers, and now there are still several orders to be delivered. In terms of technology, POTOP has obtained four patents related to the Biaxial Stretcher, and a number of patent applications are under review.

 

In 2023, we started to research and develop the film biaxial stretching test line, and formally delivered it to our customers in 2024, realizing the production line integrating extrusion, casting, longitudinal stretching and transverse stretching.

  Manual operation flow: Press "XY film loading position" → "tray cylinder" (the cylinder rises to assist the release of film) → "XY clamping position" → "chuck cylinder" → "XY clamping position" → "XY clamping position" → "XY clamping position". "Chuck cylinder" (clamp the film, confirm that the nitrogen is open) → 'tray cylinder' (cylinder down) → 'pusher stretching position' (to confirm the film stretching temperature, such as PET stretching temperature) 104℃, when the temperature of infrared sensor of stretching box reaches 104℃, keep warm for a period of time to carry out the next step) → "XY Stretch", "X Stretch" or "Y Stretch" (the next step after stretching is completed) → "XY Stretch", "X Stretch" or "Y Stretch". XY stretching", 'X stretching' or 'Y stretching' (the next step after stretching is completed) → 'Pusher loading position' → 'Chuck cylinder' (release the film)


Automatic operation flow: press "XY loading position" → "pallet cylinder" (the cylinder rises to assist the release of the film) → "XY clamping position" → "chuck cylinder" → "XY clamping position" → "Y stretch" (one step after stretching) Chuck cylinder" (clamp the film, confirm the nitrogen open) → 'pallet cylinder' (cylinder down) → 'manual mode' (switch to automatic mode) → 'automatic start'. "Auto Start" (Before starting automatically, set the parameters (e.g. stretching times, speed, stretching temperature, holding temperature, holding time before stretching, setting time, etc.)
