High-Temperature Biaxial Stretching Machine instrument mainly consists of frame, stretching device, oven, driving device, air door assembly and hot air machine:
(1) The frame is used to support all the components of the film bi-directional tensile tester.
(2) The stretching device mainly consists of frame, pneumatic clamps, guide rails and drive components.
(3) The oven adopts the heating form of hot air circulation, which can effectively utilize heat energy and reduce power consumption.
(4) Adopting 2 servo motors driven by toothed chain transmission, the stretching force is large, and at the same time can accurately control the stretching speed and stretching times.
(5) The main function of the air door is to reduce the air flow in the oven of the stretching area and the oven of the sizing area, so as to reduce the heat loss in the process of warming up and keeping warm.Reduce heat loss in the process of warming and keeping warm.

(1) Turn on the power switch, set the upper and lower oven temperature (Note: Setting temperature is recommended to step heating.For example, first set 100°C to keep warm for a period of time, then raise the set temperature to 50°C to keep warm for a period of time, and so on.), close the air door, start the blower, start heating.
(2) Check whether the pneumatic clamps and cylinders are fastened and whether there is any air leakage.
(3) Pneumatic clamp preheating time is about five minutes, ready to load the piece of compression heating and stretching.
(4) During operation, when starting, the current should not exceed the rated current, and the operator should adjust the stretching according to the servo motor output torque size.The operator adjusts the stretching speed and stretching times according to the output torque of the servo motor, so as to control the quality of the stretched sheet.
(5) If the product is found to have broken film, de-clamping, etc., adjust the stretching temperature, lengthen the holding time if necessary.Temperature time, install the test film pneumatic clamps need to exert the strength of the film pressure.
(6) Regularly clean the clamps and guide rails, and add high temperature lubricant before each operation.
