Equipped with 15kW servo motor, dedicated servo driver, and self-lubricating system.

It uses a ceramic heater, fan cooling, and has a 50kg capacity drying hopper.

The mold is made of 304 stainless steel.

Suitable for producing wires with diameters of 1.75mm and 3mm.

The wire diameter accuracy can reach ±0.02mm.

The barrel is made of 38CrMoAlA material, with a built-in cooling water jacket at the feed port, polished and nitrided.
The screw is made of 38CrMoAlA material, 45mm in diameter, 28 in aspect ratio, polished and nitrided.
