PLC intelligent control system

multiple information input and output, with powerful functions of information collection, information judgment, information feedback, etc. In terms of temperature control, PID plus fuzzy control algorithm can be used according to the temperature measured by the thermocouple, and the control information can be fed back to each actuator to determine the on and off of the solid-state relay and the cooling fan, so that the temperature of each zone is maintained at the set temperature. An operation display screen is installed on the panel of the electric control cabinet, which can easily set and adjust the parameters of each link, and also facilitate the observation of the control of each process, fault warning, etc.

Wheel clamping mechanism

Lift the handle, introduce the wire, loosen the handle and press it tightly. The wheel surface will undergo elastic deformation to press the wire between the two rollers, and drive the wire to move under the action of friction. The moving speed of the wire can be adjusted by adjusting the speed of the traction wheel.
