 Lab multi layer blown film line is composed of five precision single-screw extruders, five-layer co-extrusion film blowing die and film blowing auxiliary machine. It adopts precision extrusion and high-performance film blowing molding technology, with wide adjustment range of process parameters and wide applicability of equipment. It can be used for the performance test of polymer materials and the research of blown film forming process, can be equivalent to the production line, can improve the experimental efficiency, shorten the product development cycle, and is an ideal experimental equipment for high-precision and high-performance film forming.
