Small Precision Single Screw Extrusion Casting Machine is composed of a single-screw extruder main machine and a set of casting molding auxiliary machines.

1. Driven by an independent motor, the rotation speed is adjustable, the surface of the roller is plated with hard chrome, and the inner part is heated by conduction oil
2. The height of the casting roller can be adjusted up and down, which can meet the process requirements of the casting of materials with different melt strength
3. All parameter settings, system control, data recording, etc. are operated/displayed through the operation screen installed on the door panel
4. Optional constant tension winding device to improve film winding quality
5. Different film surface treatment can be achieved by using patterned roller/misting roller
