 Lab 16mm Three Screw Extruder adopts split barrel and parallel meshing isotropic three-screw structure, which can recombine the threaded elements according to the material characteristics to realize the mixing of materials with different characteristics and improve the mixing and blending effect. It is mainly used for filling, blending, modifying, increasing, chlorinating, processing of rubber, plastic and engineering resin, polypropylene and high water absorption resin.

4. The die head is made of high-performance materials with excellent corrosion and abrasion resistance.
5. The threading element's tooth shape is designed by computer optimization, which has good self-cleaning ability and the best mixing and plasticizing ability. The thread element is made of high-quality alloy tool steel and the working surface is hardened, which is suitable for a variety of mixing requirements.
6. The temperature control system is heated by cast aluminum or cast copper heater, which has fast heating and long service life, and the cooling is made by high temperature heat-conducting oil, which has no temperature shock and can be circulated for cooling.
7. Each driving motor of the whole machine can be controlled locally or online, which is easy to operate, simple to understand and has a beautiful interface.
