A: If you are close to our local agent, you can contact them directly for spot service.Usually we will send our engineer for overseas spot service to finish installation of the machine and operation training, which will take extra cost like air-ticket and accomodation.

A: Dear customer, please do not worry, manual user will be sent together, you can also contact us with more technological support.
3.How do you control your production quality?
