The calendering production line consists of an extruder, a die head, and auxiliary machines. The main machine of a plastic extruder is an extruder, which is composed of a main motor, a reducer, a feeding hopper, an extrusion system, a heating and cooling system, a die assembly, and an electrical control system.

② The barrel cooling system adopts fan cooling.
③ The temperature measurement and control system consists of heaters, thermocouples, solid-state relays, solenoid valves, and PCC intelligent control systems.
