Bi-Birectional Film Stretching Test Line mainly consists of five-layer co-extrusion unit, casting machine, longitudinal stretching machine (MDO), transverse stretching machine (TDO), automatic rewinding unit, the central control system and other components, can be used for the development of new bi-directional stretching film products made of PP, PA, PE, PET, PLA and other materials, as well as for the development of small pilot experiments and small batch production prototypes, through a simple adjustment of the configuration.

The film thickness is precisely regulated by the screw positioned beneath the die lip, while the consistency of thickness across the material is finely tuned by the adjusting screw located above the die lip. This meticulous design enables a precise layer thickness ratio of 1:1:1:1:1:1, guaranteeing uniformity and quality in the final product.
4. Hydraulic screen changer is adopted, which can change the filter screen quickly and without stopping.
5.The barrel heating element utilizes a ceramic heater, meticulously designed to conform to the contours of the barrel. It is securely fastened in place using screws, ensuring ease of interchangeability as well as convenient disassembly and replacement processes.
6.There is an operation display on the panel of the electric control cabinet, which is convenient for setting and adjusting the parameters of each link, and it is also convenient for observing the control of each process and fault warning.
7.The cooling roller adopts spiral runner, the cooling oil stays longer in the roller, and the surface of solid forging roller is plated with hard chrome and made with mirror polishing treatment.
8.The oven utilizes a hot air circulation heating system, which enhances the thermal energy efficiency and significantly reduces electricity consumption.
