1)Operation preparation: check the equipment, make sure there is no debris on the operation surface, pneumatic clamps and guide rails; check the air pressure of the air source, pneumatic clamps nitrogen air pressure 2 ~ 2.5MPa, compressed air air air pressure 0.5 ~ 0.6MPa. Turn on the power switch, operate on the display screen, click on the "equipment reset" to let the pneumatic clamps and guide rails return to the preset original position. The air clamp and guide rail will return to the preset original position.
2)Parameter setting: According to the material and thickness of the film, set the bi-directional or uni-directional stretching, set the stretching ratio, set the stretching rate, set the heating temperature and heating time, and set the air inlet.
3)Clamp preheating: click on the loading bit to finish → clamping bit → move the rack in → close the air box → open the air box → move the rack out, preheating is completed.
4)loading test: click on the loading bit → tray up → clamping bit → tray down, when the film sheet in the workbench leveling clamping, the oven door opens, stretching the workbench to move into the heating area. The oven door closes and the equipment enters the heating and stretching state. After the stretching process is completed, the oven opens, the moving frame comes out, the stretching table moves back to the loading area, and the air clamp unloads and loosens the clamp, and the specimen film is taken out.

5)Equipment shutdown: After the test is completed, the pneumatic clamps return to the clamping position, turn off the power supply and gas source, check and clean up the operating surface, cover the air clamp stopper. (Note: high temperature, to cool down long enough to avoid damage to electrical parts of the internal temperature is too high (each box infrared temperature down to below 80 ℃ before shutdown).
