The Lab Upright Biaxially Oriented Film stretcher can make the thickness of the bidirectional stretch film material less than 0.2-2mm, as small as 95 x95mm thick film sample, according to the required tensile ratio, at the appropriate temperature and time for the film tensile test, for the laboratory for physical and chemical testing analysis, according to the sample film properties, to determine a wide variety of additives and formulations. Then applied to production line, can greatly reduce the cost of trial production.
The film biaxial stretching instrument consists of a clamping assembly, a stretching assembly, a stretching mechanism moving assembly, a hot oven assembly, a pneumatic air curtain assembly and an electrical control system.
The film biaxial stretching instrument can perform a stretching test on a film sample of a certain size at the required stretching ratio at a suitable temperature and time, and the test data can be used for analysis by researchers.
The film biaxial stretching instrument developed by Guangzhou Putong is a digital engineering instrument with good repeatability and accurate data; it can be operated offline, equivalent to a production line; it can improve experimental efficiency and shorten product development cycle.
