Lab rubber research 2 roll mill  is a process test instrument used in the field of materials science. During the working process, two relatively rotating rollers exert squeezing and shearing effects on the rubber material. After multiple kneading and mixing, as well as the accompanying chemical actions during the kneading process, the macromolecular chains inside the rubber material are interrupted, making various components in the formula uniformly blended, and finally achieving the purpose of rubber refining.

LRHI-12/35 Lab rubber research 2 roll mill  is mainly composed of a rack, motor, front and rear rollers, roller gap adjustment device, shield, and operation control screen, with compact structure and beautiful appearance. The two rollers are separately servo driven, making speed ratio adjustment convenient; The roller temperature is controlled by electric air cooling or oil temperature machine, with a wide range of equipment processes. Easy adjustment of roller spacing and clear identification; The mechanical protective cover, safety door, emergency stop switch, and other safety protections are complete to ensure the safety of personnel in experiments, especially suitable for laboratory use.
