1. Product description

The Lab triple screw extruder equipped with single screw feeder & horizontal blender.

1. The reduction gearbox of the main engine adopts a special reduction gearbox, which can bear large thrust, and has low operating noise, and the speed can be adjusted accurately.

2. The material barrel adopts the fan integrated cast aluminum heater, and uses PLC to precisely set and control the temperature, which has the characteristics of fast temperature rise and high accuracy.

3. The setting, modification or display of all operating parameters can be operated through the 7-inch true-color touch screen, with multiple interlocking protection and alarm functions.

4.For users with general operation requirements, nitrided steel cylinder can be used. For users with wear or corrosive operation requirements, bimetal high wear and corrosion resistant cylinder can be used.

5.The main machine is equipped with a single screw feeding system, and the feeding amount can be continuously and smoothly adjusted, which can easily adjust the production capacity of the unit within a certain range.

We use Standard Export Plywood Case to Protect it from rust during the long time shipping with the plastic film and protect its corners with the foam.
