Product composition

The main machine is mainly composed of a rack, main motor, elastic pin coupling, transmission box, main feeding system, mixing and extrusion system, heating and cooling system, lubrication system, vacuum exhaust system, system control, etc.

① Main motor: servo motor, power 2.3KW, rated speed 1500rpm

② Coupling: Elastic pin couplings are used. When overloaded, the elastic pin is cut to ensure the safety of the host machine.

③ Transmission box: composed of box, gear train, and bearings. Its function is to evenly distribute the power of the motor to the two screws after deceleration, and bear the back thrust generated during the operation of the screw.

④ Main feeding system: single screw feeder.

⑤ Mixing and extrusion system: mainly composed of three parts: screw, barrel, and head.
