1. The extrusion line is exceptionally user-friendly and straightforward to operate, featuring fully automated control systems that allow for seamless and effortless management, ensuring maximum efficiency with minimal input.
2. By employing the dual-mode control of servo motor and tension controller, we can enhance the stability of film tension during both unwinding and winding processes, thereby achieving a superior winding result.
3. The online inspection function can detect and judge the surface quality of the film sheet such as crystal spots, bubbles, stains, black spots, and other defects during the film forming process.
4. Roller surface is hard chrome plated, super mirror surface.
5. The handwheel is equipped with precision screw, which can adjust the casting roller up and down to meet the process requirements of casting materials with different melt strengths.
