   Co-extrusion involves simultaneously extruding multiple materials to create a multi-layer structure. Scope of application

(1) Single layer extrusion calendering

It is capable of plasticizing plastics, extruding them in a controlled amount, and then calendering them to produce single-layer sheets. These sheets are utilized for assessing the molding characteristics of materials.

(2) Multi-layer coextrusion calendering

The advanced TPU multi-layer co-extrusion calendering machine features dual independent single-screw extruders for precision plasticization, extrusion, and in-film lamination. This innovative technology enables high-performance calendering molding, producing multi-layer co-extruded sheets with customizable structures and enhanced functionalities.
