Q1：Can your engineer come to the construction site to guide the installation?

A1:Yes, we can arrange our engineer to guide your installation, and salary is 150USD per day for one person, the air ticket/ visa/ local accommodation/ local traffic is in charge of customer.Generally there is no need to send our engineer to guide, because we will provide detailed installation drawings to the customer, the customer only need to find special installation team to execute.

 

Q2:what about the warranty with after-sale service?

A2: The test mchine is guaranteed for 12 month by POTOP, beside,we can help you to repair your problem controller, even it's not from our factory, after the warrantly, the professional after-sale service team will provide perfect technical support and help customer solve problems encountered while using our product, handles guest problem and complaints in a professional and timely.

 

Q3: If the machine is broken what can I do?

A3: Free maintenance within the warranty period

Maintenance for equipment failure caused by improper handling (appropriate cost will be collected).

 

Q4:Does the power supply can customized?

A4:YES ,if you need customized power supply,pls tell us when you put the order.
