With profound expertise in polymer processing equipment, POTOP Co., Ltd. has successfully completed the mixing, extrusion, pelletizing and subsequent cast molding tests of hot melt adhesive & tin powder composites for customers. In this process, POTOP's split-type twin-screw extrusion and pelletizing lab line has played a critical role.Driven by servo motors, the equipment achieves stepless and precise speed regulation, ensuring stable and consistent plasticization. The modular screw design enables flexible combination according to experimental process requirements, greatly improving equipment adaptability and flexibility. Meanwhile, the split barrel, quick-opening die head and screen changer facilitate fast cleaning and boost production efficiency.

After compound extrusion and pelletizing, POTOP's benchtop precision cast film machine takes over the subsequent process. Each power roll of the machine is independently driven by a servo motor, featuring precise rotation control and excellent synchronization to ensure uniform film forming. The height of the casting roll is adjustable, meeting the process requirements of casting molding for materials with different melt strengths. In this test, a 60μm-thick film was successfully produced with a smooth surface, free of crystal spots and wrinkles, fully demonstrating the high precision and performance of the equipment.
