To comply with workplace safety requirements, improve all staff's practical capabilities in risk avoidance, self-rescue and mutual assistance, and fully protect employees' health and safety, our company recently arranged employees to join the special workplace safety skills training held at Panyu Vocational Training Center under the 2026 Panyu "Yangcheng Skills Gas Station" program.
Centered on common workplace emergencies, this training consists of four core first-aid modules. In the trauma first-aid session, the instructor elaborated on standardized procedures for hemostasis, disinfection and bandaging for bruises, cuts and abrasions, demonstrated proper treatments for different injured parts, and explained secondary injury risks caused by improper operations. For frequent scald accidents in office and production environments, the training highlighted key steps including cold water cooling, wound protection and timely medical transfer, as well as forbidden operations in scald emergency treatment.
In the airway foreign body emergency session, the trainer demonstrated key operating points of the Heimlich maneuver and explained the whole rescue procedure and precautions for adults with choking hazards. Meanwhile, systematic CPR training was delivered for sudden cardiac and respiratory arrest emergencies. The trainer broke down the complete operating procedures including scene assessment, patient condition judgment, chest compressions and artificial ventilation, emphasizing the critical value of the golden rescue time window.
Participants studied first-aid theories earnestly, sorted out emergency response logic for various scenarios with real cases, took detailed notes and exchanged workplace safety concerns. All trainees agreed that this practical, job-oriented training effectively filled their gaps in emergency rescue knowledge.
This first-aid training consolidates our company's work safety management foundation and elevates overall safety awareness and emergency response competence. Moving forward, we will regularly organize safety education and skills training, continuously optimize the internal emergency response system, protect employees' physical and mental health through rigorous safety management, and fuel the high-quality and sustainable development of our enterprise.
