At the same time, some domestic equipment manufacturers have developed domestically-made casting machines with independent intellectual property rights. At that time, this was only a small single-layer production line, and there was a big gap between the equipment's performance and the production capacity and the imported equipment.
In the 21st century, when the demand for the cast film market in my country has been increasing year after year, the research and development of domestic casting machines has made great progress, and some technical indicators are almost in line with the technical standards of foreign casting machines. However, some of the 5000 mm high-precision and ultra-wide multilayer casting machines launched by Phase Sequence completely exceed foreign standards, which means that the casting machines independently developed and produced in my country have entered a stage of rapid development.
