We know that if the casting machine is not equipped with a film cutting part, it needs to rely on the experience of the operator to cut the film, and it is necessary to check the cut film against the light every time to determine the quality of the film (make the light Through the transmission through the diaphragm, you can check whether the diaphragm has impurities, whether there are holes, etc.).
The production efficiency of this method of the casting machine is low, and the size of the cut film is inconsistent, which is not conducive to flow production.
Therefore, in view of these shortcomings, we designed a controllable automatic film cutting mechanism for the improvement of the casting machine. The details are as follows:
The film is sent to the film cutting mechanism by the conveyor belt, and the film cutting time of the film cutter is controlled by the time relay to realize the film cutting. By adjusting the different film cutting time, the film can be cut into different lengths and sizes. The diaphragm falls on the rotating worktable (the rotating worktable is a glass turntable) under the tool holder and rotates along with it. The quality of the diaphragm can be inspected by the light from the fluorescent lamp installed under the turntable, which greatly improves the quality of the diaphragm. The production design rate is improved, the production cost is reduced, and the operation is flexible and convenient.
